When can I expect my order to be processed?

Can I get my order sooner?

Whether it’s for an upcoming event or a special gift, we will try our best to get your order out as soon as possible. Please email us on hello@forgemasterminiatures.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate. 

Will I have to pay customs fees or import VAT on my order??

For orders delivered outside the UK (including the EU), your order may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and handling fees charged by your local customs authority.

These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the buyer. They are typically collected by your postal service or courier before or upon delivery.

USA orders: We ship Delivered Duties Paid (DDP), meaning all taxes and duties are included, and you will not be charged any additional fees on delivery.

What Resin do you use?

We use a special mixture of high quality resin to ensure that brittleness is a thing of the past. Want something even tougher? Then checkout our Super-Tough option.

Do you remove 3D printing supports?

The vast majority of supports are removed from all our miniatures. Just as plastic miniatures would have mould lines that require some minor clean-up, a small amount of clean-up may be required for 3D printed miniatures, but this will be minimal.

Do I need to wash my miniatures?

Our products usually don’t need to be washed before use if you’re using a high-quality spray primer. However, it’s good practice to clean them in case dust or grease has accumulated over time. Otherwise, you can assemble, prime, and paint them straight out of the box.

What glue should I use?

We highly recommend using superglue for our resin miniatures. Plastic cement won’t work on them. Additionally, lightly filing surfaces before gluing results in a quicker and stronger bond.
