RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. As all of our miniatures are produced to order, please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Made-to-order Items

All of our products are made-to-order, meaning they are manufactured specifically for your order and are not held as stock.

Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind once production has begun.

This does not affect your legal rights if your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

RETURNS

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it for a refund under your consumer rights. We also accept returns within 21 days of purchase as part of our goodwill policy.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In new and unused condition
  • In their original packaging
  • Complete with all parts and components
 

Cancellations

You may request to cancel your order shortly after placing it.

  • Cancellations are only possible before your order enters production
  • This window may be as short as 12 hours from the time of ordering, depending on production demand
  • Once production has started, we are unable to cancel or refund the order

We reserve the right to decline cancellation requests if production has already begun.

Returns (Faulty or Incorrect Items Only)

We accept returns where items are:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Incorrect

If this applies, please contact us at hello@forgemasterminiatures.com with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a:

  • Replacement
  • Repair
  • Or refund

in line with your consumer rights.

RETURN PROCESS

Once approved, please return the item securely using a tracked postal service.

  • We will cover reasonable return costs for faulty or incorrect items
  • Please do not return items without contacting us first

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow up to 7 days for processing once received
  • Your payment provider may take additional time to complete the refund

 

FAILED DELIVERY & REFUSED PARCELS

If an order is returned to us due to customer actions, including:

  • Failure to pay customs/import charges
  • Incorrect address provided
  • Failure to collect the parcel

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct original shipping costs
  • Deduct any return shipping or handling costs incurred
  • Charge for re-delivery

Import duties, taxes, and handling fees are the responsibility of the customer.
